Procurement
Lynnwood Consulting improves procurement operations through application of our understanding of procurement governance, procurement processes and value for money. We are able to provide support across the procurement life cycle.
All organisations employ some form of procurement, whether procuring goods or services. The importance of correctly identifying the organisation's requirements during the initial phases cannot be underestimated. The long term implications can be severe especially when either an inappropriate contractual model is selected, or if the full scope of the required services have not been defined. Both theses scenario require significant additional effort post contract-award.
In providing support across the procurement life cycle Lynnwood Consulting ensures that the specific need for procurement is well understood. Once the requirements have been agreed by the key stakeholders the procurement activities can commence through development and agreement of the procurement strategy, development of tendering documentation, releasing tenders to the market, conducting tender evaluation, conducting contract negotiations, and then contract award. The next important phase from a procurement perspective is then the implementation of the contract.
Lynnwood Consulting has been able to provide definitive procurement outcomes to a range of clients by applying the steps of the procurement life cycle in a consistent manner.
