As part of this process we employ a number of tools (diagnostic surveys, benchmarking, etc) to make sure that we uncover all the information.
A critical stage in the process is to jointly agree a common strategy for the project. If we don't understand what we're trying to achieve any results or outcome will be acceptable, however that does not provide benefit to any of the parties involved.
Collectively we achieve nothing without implementation as there will be no change to your business.
